This has been a difficult week. Work and family issues have caused me to eat out many times. Although I've tried to make healthy choices, you still never really know how food is prepared. At least the scale is still going the right direction.

I just did the same thing yesterday since it was a crazy day with my son being sick. I know how hard ti can be, but you can just pick yourself back up and that is what counts. Hope your weekend is much better.

Your little arrow is going in the right direction. No doubt you are doing a lot right. Count on restaurants to up the butter, cream and salt to enhance flavor to keep you coming back. If you are into high fat it works out :)Asian is more into msg and, of course, salt. Have a great weekend!
