So the day before yesterday I went out with a girlfriend of mine and I was so proud of myself that I pick a healthy option and I didn't eat the entire thing i took it to-go. I felt good that I had made a good decision when it came to portion control because that is something that I am trying to get a grasp of to help me loose the weight i want to loose.

Went to the gym and did what I had to do. Because I was a day behind on my challenge, I just doubled them up on my last night's workout. Because I have already had my cheat days this week, I cant have them anymore. So I have to stay strong and fight the urge to eat pizza.

Going ice skating this weekend hope this will be a good form of Cardio.
