slow, bit disappointed but at least its still a LOSS, and I AM TRYING. Have been very down, and listless, hope to improve this week + make healthier choices again, MUST keep on losing!!!
179.0 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 179.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
