Good eating day today and got in 2 l of water ... finally! Struggling with sleep for the past few weeks ... what is it about 4 am? Every night I go to sleep with good intentions and every morning I wake up at 4 am. I hope Yoga will help to get me back on track .... I know it's all the upheaval in recent weeks - This too shall pass!
