Finally got some beyond meat to try. Beyond meat spice sausage patties on the left, johnsonville on the right.

Well both sausages were cooked on the same pan for the same amount of time and the beyond meat one is very dry. It advertises less fat than regular meat to I imagine that's why. Not bad enough to throw away but not good enough to buy again. Has anyone else tried their products? I actually like veggie burgers from time to time.

I’ve made their burgers and was in the middle. Tasted okay, but they add a lot of coconut oil to make them oily. I’m used to lean turkey so it was way to greasy for me and didn’t add to the flavor. I always liked the boca burgers but cut out gluten and they have it. Trader Joe’s has a “hi protein” veggie burger that is my new go to. Not a burger, but a good veggie burger with descent macros.
