This Saturday, I decided to help out a local church by baking cupcakes. Well the results of my weekend was a 2 lb weight gain. I let myself eat 3 cupcakes. It was extremely tasty, and only one had frosting on it. But the problem is since yesterday I only lost one of the lbs and my body is still holding on to the other lb. I have a new goal of 185 by this week and a goal of 180 for this month. I have been holding on to these weight for long enough. I have been trying to lose the weight since Jan. and I have yet to lose 10 lbs.

All you can do is move on and keep going! Get in some extra exercise this week and really stick to your plan. It will come off.
