Well, I just skinned by on my RDI challenge. I made my goal, but just barely. It is a little harder than I expected, but I am learning what and what not to eat. For lunch today I am having a couple of boiled eggs and some cottage cheese. How is that for planning? Yesterday I played golf in the morning and went bowling that evening. Golf league will be over next week and then it will be just bowling league. At least I am getting some good exercise.
