Whoops ... on a bit of a bender today ... look out Ruffles and Peanut M&M's.

Suffice it to say, today's unofficial and underwhelming weigh in of 153 will look outstanding when I weigh tomorrow - and my daily food log will NOT reflect the 3000+ calories I am slamming today - (eh, maybe it will, right now not "so" bad, depends on what we have for dinner). ;) Doh!

what with kids, work, wife, and my master's coursework overwhelming me, along with terrible golf this AM, i turn to chocolate and chips! tastes good ... but so so so bad in the quantities i have just inhaled. what's the saying "nothing tastes as good as being thin feels" ...? That needs to be tattooed on my forehead i think. i never restrict myself ... but then again, i never eat 1/2 bags of m&m peanuts of 1/2 bag of ruffles cheddar and sour cream.

i've been prone to these days in the past - usually i record and get on with it, no beating myself up - but i just outdid myself today. woah. gotta move on and get back at it tomorrow. I do know this ... you can't gain it ALL back in a day ;)

Sounds like my recent adventures with eating. Except I have been going in the other direction. I have not been hitting my 2700 calories or my protein target. I am losing weight. Could be some muslce mass, but I'm hoping it's mostly fat. I think you have the right frame of mind. Eat, enjoy, then move on!

@Bigbassbrent ... if only i wanted to bulk. we need to switch, you just take the weight i want to lose, we're good. thanks, yeah, no sense in beating oneself up - i did it, i own it, and now i have to get back to it.

Look at your green tracker. See how close you are to your goal? Eye on the prize. Way better than ruffles or candy.
