I've cut back my calories again. don't like gaining weight. it will be hard as I have a lot of tasty food at home for once. I must have will power. or tiny portions :)
166.2 lb Lost so far: 33.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
