Week three and I have maintained the exact same weight. This week I ranged as low as a pound down to a half pound up. I was careful in what I ate and generally ate in my calorie window or below. I am somewhat baffled by the unmoving scale.
Generally this means that I am eating something extra that I am not accounting for but nothing is coming to mind.
I remain about 5 pounds above my pre-Christmas weight which is also frustrating!
This week was mostly spent on my computer doing books for a variety of companies. I found the work interesting and challenging. Certainly is keeping me busy.
Tomorrow I am sorting books with a friend in preparation of a used book sale we want to do to fund raise for the Women's Shelter come the spring. I am looking forward to reclaiming my garage a bit more!
