I've been trying to get my workouts done earlier in the day as I feel once I am finished my energy is just zapped. Please don't think this is a complaint; it's just how I have been feeling. Since surgery I have not been able to take my pain medication so my knees and ankles have really started talking to me. I will be doing a follow up appointment this month to see if he can recommend some alternative choice for me. I am still happy about my decision and will continue to work towards my dream of health and fitness. My future is up to me. Have a super evening and lovely day tomorrow.

I like your realization "My futures up to me." I agree :) I am trying to get a challenge posted for others to join that is right in line with those words. It will start in 3 days if the powers of fs can fix whatever the hangup is. :) I hope you will join me in MY Ultimate Game Changer! (the MY is referring to the participant,each & every one of us)
