I Love the word happy and more importantly I love feeling it
THANKS MIGHTY GOD FOR YOUR MERCY
I have been diligently praying for a breakthrough all the way around
wanting to exercises intake of food exc and my personal life relationships healed <3 when I went to my cancer retreat I was given a cheap pedometer i'm up to 1020 as of today will be walking in the mall tomorrow with a dear friend .... couldnt find a place in the exercises part to put my steps in ??
,, <3 My FS Buddy Deb <3 is a gentle soul who has Lovingly encouraged me to move ,, and I know any kind ,, even a little is better than none <3 I also have falling in love with soup <3 fast for breakfast so easy to do and so comfortable even though I know what everyone says Big breakfast ,,, medium lunch and small dinner ,, my body is very happy this way <3
anyways going to church this wednesday <3 haven't been in awhile with knee replacement and needed a break from a long time service that ended in december any who Love ya Lord thanks for a great day

wholefoodnut lots of praying lots and trusting the Lord is strong when I am weak ,, and I sure have felt much weakness <3 so I give him all the glory for this new spirit inside of me <3 and Folks Like you and Deb my FS buddies spur me on in Love has touched my heart <3 you're Both amazing women <3 Im very greatful that your in my Life cyber Life <3 sweet dreams <3

You will get through this and whatever your trials are going through and in the end you will be stronger. It may be hard sometimes to battle the emotional and family issues. Don't forget we are here for you. I'm not amazing, just struggling like most everyone here to get fit, and healthy in both body, mind, and soul. I'm in a better place than where I started and would not be this far without the support, ideas, and thought of many on this forum. They have commented on my journals, shared their stories, given advice and constructive criticism. I hope they continue to do so as I still have many miles to go on my journey.
