Since I haven't been on here in a while, I decided to take a "sample" of how many calories a day I've been eating so I ate what I'd usually eat and just logged it. Now I really see why my weight has been mostly stationary, if not going up. I'm working my way back down to cutting out high calorie snacks and not snacking during my down time. I'm hoping this will help me get back on track for losing those pounds I've gained back.
