Day 1 of my summer cutting diet went well. I lost 4.2 lbs and will likely lose another 3-5 by tomorrow. In total I believe the goal was around 28 lbs by July or something. I had dropped to about 189 lbs for my wedding and then spent the next several months putting on a bit more muscle and recovering. Now that April has hit, it is time to cut back and plan on dropping the 28 lbs by May or June at the latest. So far today I have had some peanut butter crackers and a protein shake. I try to eat every 3-4 hours to keep the metabolism maxed out. Here's hoping it continues.
