Weight stable...not gaining...not losing even though my calorie count is quite low...low for quite a long time.
I'm back to my workout level so I'm hoping my muscle weight is what's offsetting my fat loss.
It would be nice to be able to do a body fat calculation...a real calculation and not some estimate based on weight height etc.

if your calorie level is too low, it might be what is hindering your muscle growth and your fat loss. you should try upping your calories by 200 this week and see if that jumpstarts your fat loss again.
