It's Day 2 of "getting it back." I have only gained 8 lbs since my last weigh in (in July) and I have been waaaaay out of control on the eating and drinking- especially during the weekends. I really want to get back down to 140 at least and I can't see how that would be so hard... it's only 6 lbs away but it's all about mind set. I am trying to take the month of October as a "training month" for an important meeting that I have at the beginning of November. I want my body an mind to be in prime shape for that meeting. Also, my niece's wedding is the first week in Nov, too, and it would be great to feel good at that! It's just hard to climb back on the wagon. I need help and encouragement.
