Great to be losing weight! Feel like I really accomplished something. When I started, I weighed 287 lbs, today, 255 lbs! Still way over my target weight of 180, but well on the way. Started training for a February marathon just yesterday. It will be on Sunday, February 15th, 2015; my 46th birthday. After that, I'm in training to do the Dopey Challenge on Disney's Marathon Weekend in January of 2016. That's a 5k Thursday, a 10k Friday, a 1/2 marathon Saturday and a full marathon Sunday. I'm taking all of 2015 to get ready for it, and plan on running several races in between. My goals are set, I just have to meet them.

Thanks, Suzi161. Monitoring your food is the big part that I've been helped by. Keeping it all in here helps more than I ever realized. I never knew just how much I was taking in until I started monitoring it, and it was astonishing! It's no wonder I put on so much weight with the massive caloric intake I had. I'm way more cognizant of what I take in now. I really think that's the key. This app is fantastic.
