Hey everyone. Thanks for all your support. Just an update on the scale. I DID IT!!!!! After starting this new journey, cancelling out the bad stuff, lifting regularly and using this app to keep track of everything I am happy to say I am down 15+ lbs since starting first week of December. I am so pleased so far and more motivated than ever!!!
265.7 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 85.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
