Monday, Sept. 29, was my first day to ever box. I met with my personal trainer for my 1-on-1 session and boxed for the full 30 minute session. I have a new-found respect for boxers. I had no idea it was that intense of a workout. Great fun, though. Beats doing push-ups, burpess, jump rope, planks and lunges.
