Happy Hump day FS family 🐪. Today is my yearly physical and this year I meet all my goals 😊 I hope my doctor thinks so too, I increased my work outs to an hour 1/2 -5 days a week. 4 days on bike 1/2 hour. No sugar or dairy, do let's see how it goes 🤞
