Day 9 of vegan OMAD!! This has been hard to figure out. Specifically calories! I could eat so much before, but I have learned when you cut out all the "dirty" calories, it's not as easy to stuff face!! Kind of struggling to pack in the proper calories. I may transition into keto version unintentionally since the fatty vegan items pack more calories! We shall see. Currently pre-planning my dinner for when I get home!
