Not a good food weekend. It seems that every time I am able to drop my weight down low, I have a high food/crap food intake. This weekend was no different. Bad choices were made every day, and I dropped down back to my lowest weight to date, and ultimately shot back up at the end of the weekend. Hoping that it is just going to be a temporary increase and itll go back down. We will see! Until then I will try to chug water and not stress too much. It would be lovely to see a new low at some point though, I havent seen one technically since beginning of July.
