4/6/11 - ate too much food. ugh! Our networking group is at a restaurant that has this incredible dish called Borek - I don't even know how many calories, etc. but it's so dang good! :-)
160.0 lb Lost so far: 0.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
