Forgot to put weight yesterday. Today is this weight. I am still eating a lot. Can’t control myself somehow. Have to get better. Всё ещё ем много. Надо бы взять себя в руки после праздников.🥶
162.5 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 35.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week

you can put in weights for previous days by tapping where it says today and choosing a different date

is there any reason why? how many meals a day do you have? always have 3 meals and 2 snack so you don't starv and then loose control on evening. track what you eat track your macro have a diet plan. it don't have to be painful but basic. day in day out stay consistent. davai rabotaj dievacka

@audrazas I think recently I am a bit stressed, we are planning to go to India next few days and also I am just being lazy. But thank you for your nice advice, it’s helpful. And you also speak Russian?😅

Ah nice trip to India this is also can be your goal. Get into shape before summer, trip ect ect. Da ja niemnoga gavariu pa ruskamu ☺️. Enjoy your trip. Upload your progress.
