Blind leading the Blind. Neither the wife nor I wear our glasses during the sunrise morning walk. Today it was very foggy, no lights, live in the countryside, so real country-dark. So dark that we couldn't even see the road clearly. We made two wrong turns on the same walk we do every morning. Fall is here..
Dropped the weight spike plus a little with a water-flush and starvation calories for the day yesterday.. Back to normal diet today, and today is the first day of the no alcohol till xmas challenge..
Back is still stiff, so no gym today, maybe Wednesday and dropped out of the 5000 pushups challenge, the back just can't handle it. Reality is..
187.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
