Still trying to find that perfect ratio between fat, protein and carbs. It's fun experimenting and seeing the different results. Still drinking too much ☕. Does anyone have any sugar free creamer recommendations?? I'm very sensitive to the taste of sugar free and most make me want to vomit
130.8 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
