The last two weeks I haven't weighed but went out of town and ate too many carbs which I know causes me to gain. I weighed 168.8 on Sept 21 and I now weigh 167.8, - 1...I will take it although I had hoped it would be more. I did so good during week and messed up Sat eating some soup and a half of sandwich when we went out. My carbs are an issue I really see it now, so no breads for me any more or crackers when sugar is low, I forgot I grabs a box at Target and eat some....lesson learned,
