Setting goals...
I wanted to set three new goals for myself - daily goals that I can actively monitor. Here goes:
1. Drink 8 glasses of water EVERY SINGLE DAY. 2. STOP snacking on stuff from the refrigerator right before dinnertime. Geez, this is a big one for me. It probably contributes 25% of my caloric intake per day! NO MORE. 2. Do 100 crunches EVERY SINGLE DAY.
These are attainable goals that I intend on keeping track of on a daily basis. I'd like to try and get it set up on here, but I don't really know how, other than to record a quick journal entry each day.
I think these three goals will have a significant impact on my overall goal of getting into better lifestyle habits.
