976 est cal snack. MarketSide Ultimate Meat pizza. Small size, ate half w/added peppers, onions, pineapple, mozzarella, oregano and crushed red pepper. 350cals over for the day. A necessary indulgence day, but needs lower cal brunch & snack in the future.
