Walked on the treadmill for 42 minutes today with incline of 2-4 degrees. Did 4.5 minutes at 10 degrees--whew! Ran at 5.0 for two intervals of about 2 min. I like to listen to Carmen's Greatests Workout Hits (upbeat, fast tempo Christian music from the 90's). Slept for three hours when I got off work this morning. Drank three cups of coffee last night to stay awake. (It's my downfall!) Got a sinus infection and chest congestion for the last two days--made work seem LONG. Huffing and puffing today on the treadmill helped to clear some of that out. Hope everyone has a great Saturday and as DairyKing says "Toodles" ya'll(--I'm from South Carolina):D
