Everyone should have oatmeal in diet. I put sliced peaches with a tablespoon
of maple syrup and tablespoon of honey drizzled on top.

Oatmeal is a delicious and versatile super food! I got a pineapple, and wasn't sure what to do with it. I simmered some small chunks with some banana in coconut milk, and added It to my reg oatmeal... so good! This morning I made steel cut oatmeal and mixed in cranberries and orange zest... I'll be doing that again!
