I feel like this week I was just tracking and well its eye opening to see how quickly calories add up. surprised it went up? no! disappointed? yes! but will not give up.
162.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 32.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
