Have not weighed yet. I want to see progress, lots of progress, but if I look at the scale and there is no change I am going to scream. I like entering all my food and seeing how much of each group I managed to eat. It is amazing how much fat there is in foods. I have always loved cream cheese, don't eat a lot of it, but so much fat!
