I cranked my water intake back up, and I can really tell a difference.

Love seeing those numbers going back down! About to do my power yoga, my goal is to do it 3 times this week.
176.6 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1518 kcal Fat: 48.51g | Prot: 95.96g | Carb: 188.79g.   Breakfast: GOLEAN Crunch!, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Tap Water. Lunch: Tap Water, Bananas, GOLEAN Roll! Bars - Caramel Peanut. Dinner: Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Fresh Spinach (Marketside), Flax, Oat Bran and Whole Wheat Flour Pita Bread, Deli Style Sliced Provolone Cheese, Kens Lite Sweet Vidalia Onion Dressing, Baked Barbecue Potato Chips. Snacks/Other: yellow cake, peanut butter fudge. more...

Water makes that much of a difference for you? Time to be more diligent about getting in as much as possible!

It really did. I had been drinking about 96 oz a day, then when I fell off the wagon this weekend I was not getting near that much. It felt like it flushed my system when I got home and drinking again. I know I was retaining fluid when I weighed in Monday, because I was down 2 pounds today. Seems weird that drinking more helps you retain less, but that's what happened.
