Well, I am on my own now. I don't know why it is wierd to consider myself "on my own". I say that because I am no longer a WW member. I stopped paying for the meetings. Wish me luck because I still have a goal and I still watch what i eat. I don't know what the difference is. It feels like something is missing. But I know that I can do it. I have been walking regularly with Mom. Mom has also started her own lifestyle change. She is eating way better. She even lost about 15 pounds. I am glad to have her there to encourage me.
