Hurray! One week in and I've lost 5.5 pounds. So proud of myself, was hoping for at least a 2 pound loss & I more than doubled it. Yay! Hoping week two is just as successful, I realize it does get harder as you get lighter - determined to not get discouraged. SO happy. :)
