Yesterday I did a 2500 step walk around the neighborhood. Then, we went for a 6.6 hike. Then I took my grandsons bowling. I did expect my weight to go down not slightly up lol
157.3 lb Lost so far: 15.7 lb.    Still to go: 7.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
