I have been doing better with my calories and protein intake. Making my plate all about the veggies, and the protein, carbs as a treat. Snacking on watermelon, yummy! Working out. Today we start track trainings with WCRR. I always dread getting there, but when I am done I feel very proud of myself. Must weigh this week. I hope it shows some progress. Any progress. Also our wellness coach comes back next week, I would like to see my BF percentage go lower.
