318.0 lb Lost so far: 22.4 lb.    Still to go: 98.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't eat too low my friend. When I was in the 300's I was losing on 2000 calories a day. And being male you can lose on 2500 calories for your current weight.
