1st day on the Whole30 program, eliminating alcohol, dairy, and whole grains for 30 days.
No sugar so no fruit juice. Real fruit, nuts, meat, seafood, eggs and veggies. I like bread and cheese and wine so this is a challenge! This is for reducing inflammation and allergies, not about the weight loss, but apparently I should expect to lose weight anyway. Oh! And lots of water ! 8-10 glasses per day. Yay
174.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
