Honestly this has been the scariest weigh-in to date. I spent Christmas week at my daughter's in KY. During that time my eating was totally unhinged (food/junk was devoured). Nevertheless, damages weren't nearly as bad as I fretted. I went up from 161.2 to 161.8. Since this is a new month I also recorded my body measurements. The only mentionable is my belly increased by 1/2". Everything else remained mostly the same. My birthday is Feb 15, and I'm trying to steer clear of all simple carbs until then. Here is what I noticed the most when leaving the reservation. It only takes a one or two poor meals or a little junk food to trigger an insatiable appetite, and it's also hard to get back on track. That's a struggle I don't like. Hopefully each of us can find our way to a healthier 2022. God bless.
