It is with much soul-searching that I have come back to Weight Watchers. I was on the South Beach Diet for less than a month, and have been pretty discouraged. I'm doing great, weight-loss wise, but have felt kind of lethargic and haven't been able to exercise as much. I also am starting the trasition to a vegan lifestlye, and I hear that vegans do well with Weight Watchers... I do feel like I didn't give south beach a great chance, but I also just don't think it's right for me. So, I spent a little over 50 bucks and signed up for three months of ww.com. Maybe the initial investment will be enough to keep me going. Also, I like that I can pretty much eat/drink what I want as long as I stay in the points range.
