I do believe my energy level is beginning to increase. Feel a lot more alert mentally as well. Gonna keep on as best I can. Will be re-instagating the BB&E as soon as my groceries arrive, meantime, I will maintain as low carb as I can.

erikahollister I will be honest - IT'S HARD to stay on track. Lots of emotional/mental drama in the background that is really not going to go away on it's own. AND murder is illegal :) Pushing on. Forward ho!
