My weight is not dropping very much at all!
217.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

we could easily help you figure out what might be causing your WL to be so if you were logging in all your daily food intake. I tried to see your food journal in effort to help but the info there was inadequate. Perhaps you can get disciplilned to log your food daily and in no time at all we'll be able to help you pinpoint what might be holding you back.

Thanks, Evie! I didn't think people could see my journal entries. I just Started logging in today.. and I'm realizing that I have not been eating enough veggies. Hopefully, through measuring everything, I'll realize what I've been doing wrong. Thanks!
