hey there! I am a new mom, 12 weeks postpartum. Since having my baby I'm down about 13lbs! but the bad news is, my glucose test came back that I may be pre diabetic. I refuse to allow myself to become diabetic. I've been using fat secret for a while but now I'm here to change my health. Counting macros, lifting weights, taking care of myself and baby! Support and luck much needed 🙂 *first win: made it through Christmas without eating any sweets!/ lifting weights for 5 weeks straight. *current goal: keep it up for one full month!
