Motto~ "When the going gets tough; the tough get going" I am tough and thanking God everyday for this inner strength! Someone once told me you have to have a vision first in order to see where you are going! I am not only fighting this fight of weight control and loss for myself but, also for my family and the future children that I dream of having someday! I can almost see my little bundles of joy faces and hear them laugh...Sometimes I can even envision seeing them running and playing! This is the dream that keeps me fighting...This is the hope that keeps my heart and eyes set on the prize, the prize being my future! I want to live! I will be 30 soon and most of my 20s was spent on self-discovery and lack of appreciation for life. Now I embrace the life that I have been blessed with, as it is so brief and short! Therefore, my 30s will be great and the best is yet to come.

Now, I have two very close and personal girlfriends. We are all turning 30 this year! I am so grateful for their friendship and support. Before my workouts, they are always cheering me on and giving me pep talks. I feel like Rocky before a big fight. LOL They say things like “remember why you are doing this and keep your head in the game.” Focus! Do not look at what you see now; see what is in the future! I love my gals and I am blessed to have them on this journey with me...Smooches to my chicas! Mauh!!!
