Good day visiting with family whom we haven't seen since pre-Covid. We gathered in a secluded corner of Spaghetti Factory. I promptly asked for a box, and put half my entree in it for another meal. I enjoyed the minestrone soup, ignored the bread, and passed on dessert.😇 The comments on my new body was well worth this effort to keep my calories in check. Happy New Year to you all!
