I have been bad on food lately. And I intend to get back on track with keeping my calories counted etc.
My weight has gone up a pound or so which makes me more disappointed in life. Life has been frustrating lately and I don't care much about anything. I could use some encouragement.

We all have troubled times. Just remember they are temporary(even if at the time it feels like forever) Just remember why you started this in the first place. And if at anytime you feel overwhelmed or deprived, take a step back, remember your motivation, and try again. You got this!🙃

Thanks yall. My marriage has been troubled as of late. We aren't happy like we were a few months ago. My husband is dealing with chronic pain and snaps at me. Then he says my insecurities make him upset and unhappy so it is a vicious cycle.

The fact that you are on this app and still trying says a lot... Try talking to him about how your feeling and ask him to listen and that you would like his feedback because you miss your relationship. Pain makes anyone more irritable than normal and (although it is hard) try to remember that it is nothing personal to you but also express to him how it makes you feel. Depending on his pain maybe you can find a way to help him feel better too (massages, healthy foods, vitamins, hot tea, etc)..... We are here to help support you and we value you, your feelings, and your struggles.... Keep us posted 💙💙💙

@crystalpower42 I did mention it last night when he came in from work. I was kind of nervous around him and he said, "You look terrified" I said that I never know who I am going to get when he comes home; the Jekyll or Hyde. He hugged me and apologized again for it. I have been trying to rub his shoulders and we did have hot tea to relax. He is older and works long hours but I do miss him being excited to see me, etc. And other activities have halted which is really bad as a newlywed.
