I have gained 6 pounds from my lowest weight. I don't care about the numbers but I can see the difference and feel it. I have been struggling with grief and have let life get the best of me. I am ready to take control again. I need to remind myself I have lost and kept off 20 pounds now over the last year and that those 6 I gained back will fade again.
133.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
