Merry Christmas everyone! I havent been logging much but am doing quite great. I quit alcohol entirely 68 days ago. It was difficult for a week or two but now is just fine. I thought I would drop loads of weight but have not yet. I think the reasons are one, I still watched my alcohol calories, and two, I have been drinking more alcohol free drinks which are sugary. I am 5 8" and 143ish pounds. I am at my high school weight which I believe is my set weight. No matter what I do with calories/exercise I go back to this weight. In my 20s, I was about 10lbs lighter but I was barely eating then. I am going to drop my net carbs to 50grams to see if I can get to 135ish. Fingers crossed!
